To receive the $100 Amazon Gift Card, the referred customer must be a new 1stMILE customer, using a 1stMILE Shop plan with surcharging, cash discounting, or wholesale. They also must not have already been submitted by another customer or a Point-of-Sale Partner Vendor Representative. The referred shop must be activated and installed for at least 30 days.
